A Journey to Caring…

One of the greatest aspects of the work we do at the Office Depot Foundation is that we are constantly on a journey. We reach destinations, but at the same time we always see new goals on the horizon. I am exceptionally fortunate to have the opportunity to help chart this course as well as enjoy the scenery along the path to fulfilling our mission – Listen Learn Care.

Focusing Positive Impact on People

Throughout our 25-plus-year history, a focus on people has been at the heart of Office Depot’s culture. Our organization is aligned to ensure that all associates have opportunities to pursue their full potential, and we invest in initiatives that benefit the communities we serve worldwide.

We recruit, hire and promote a diverse workforce and provide many opportunities for all associates to grow their skills and advance their careers. We are proud that our commitment to equal opportunity and an inclusive work environment has earned recognition from esteemed organizations.

The Office Depot Foundation continues to demonstrate leadership in addressing some of society’s most pressing needs, especially those of children. The Foundation’s work to strengthen non-profit (civil society) organizations, and its programs to help communities prepare for and recover from natural disasters, also contribute to its award-winning program approach.
